Radamel Falcao returned to full Manchester United training earlier this week as he nears his comeback from a calf injury, and he’s been in high spirits with the rest of his Reds team-mates.
MUTV are given exclusive access to first-team training and the players were so pleased to have the United no.9 back in their midst that they played up to the cameras, holding Falcao aloft as the players walked out onto the pitches at the Aon Training Complex.
The Colombian striker told MUTV last week: “I feel well and I hope to come back to the pitch soon. It is disappointing that I haven’t been able to play but I had to be calm and recover because that is important to help the team when I return to the games.”
Falcao will hope to be in contention again soon as United head into one of the busiest periods of the season, with eight games in a month, taking in Hull, Stoke, Southampton, Liverpool, Aston Villa, Newcastle, Tottenham and Stoke again into 2015.
