Freddie Prinze Jr. is on the mend.
Just a few weeks after he underwent spinal surgery, the 38-year-old actor took to Twitter yesterday to announce that he's gotten the stitches out of his neck. "New York New York Big City of Dreams ... Landed. Stitches out. Saw the family. Feelin' good. Sending ya'll love," Prinze wrote, along with a smiling selfie. In the snapshot, a small red mark is visible on the front of his neck.
Another good indication of Prinze's recovery is that he isn't wearing a neck brace in the happy Twitter pic.
Before landing in New York, Sarah Michelle Gellar's other half was spotted arriving at LAX airport to catch his flight still wearing his post-surgery neck brace. Glad to see he's mending well!
Over Thanksgiving weekend, Prinze tweeted a bunch of post-surgery pics with fans. He also joked, "Learnin to walk again is like learning jiu-jitsu - 1 technique at a time."
He also shared a photo from physical therapy with the caption, "Mental training. Visualize your technique. Then when youre healthy, you dont have to think anymore."
Rest up, Freddie!
